Good to know

Frequently asked

What is your minimum order quantity?

It depends on the metal program and complexity. Share your piece through the RFQ facility and we will quote the most efficient quantity for your target price.

Which metals can you manufacture in?

Karat gold from 9kt to 22kt, gold filled in every percentage, gold vermeil on brass and on 925 sterling silver, PVD plated, and gold plated brass.

Do you produce under our own brand?

Yes. We are a private-label manufacturer — your brand, your packaging, your hallmark. We stay invisible so your name can shine.

How is pricing calculated?

Every quotation is engineered in DVN-EOS: metal per gram, each stone row by shape and carat, chain by weight, and findings itemised — converted at live exchange rates.

Design & Model Making

Tradition drawn in three dimensions

Your sketches, references and moodboards become production-ready CAD models and hand-finished wax masters — reviewed with you before a single gram of metal is cast. Stone maps, wall thicknesses and weights are engineered to hit your target price without ever compromising the wear. Decades of experience live in the hands that shape each master.

Craftsmanship · 100% Women Empowered

Crafted by her hands, finished with pride

Every bench in our atelier is held by a woman. Casting, linking, stone-setting and polishing are performed by skilled women artisans — many the first in their families to master gold. Whether the body is 18 kt gold or PVD-plated brass, it passes through the same hands and the same uncompromising standards.

Our name is on every piece

Loupe in hand, our inspectors examine every piece — fineness, plating thickness, stone security, clasp action and finish — before anything is packed. It is the reason our tagline is not a slogan but a promise: Where Quality Counts First.

01
Stage 01 · Concept

Design Brief

Every piece begins on paper — proportions, stone placement and construction options sketched and reviewed before any digital modelling starts.

02
Stage 02 · Design Review

Reviewed Against Your Brief

Sketches are reviewed against material, stone count, target weight and price — before the design moves to CAD.

03
Stage 03 · CAD / CAM

3D-Printed Prototype

Approved CAD models are 3D-printed in castable resin, grown as a tree of multiple pieces ready for the casting flask.

04
Stage 04 · Prototype Review

Checked Under Magnification

Every printed model is inspected under a loupe for surface quality and dimensional accuracy before casting proceeds.

05
Stage 05 · Casting

Metal, Cast To Specification

Metal is cast at precise temperature and checked against the approved model before finishing begins.

06
Stage 06 · Post-Cast

Rinsed And Released

The cast tree is rinsed clean of investment material, ready for individual pieces to be cut free and finished.

07
Stage 07 · Quality Control

Checked, Piece By Piece

Every finished piece is inspected before packaging — dimensions, stone setting, surface and finish.
