Private-label, OEM and ODM work depends on trust. Every project we take on is handled under a non-disclosure agreement, with file access restricted to the team assigned to it.
How we handle your files
Design files, CAD models, specifications and reference material you share with us are used solely for the purpose of quoting and manufacturing your project. Access is limited to the designers and production staff directly assigned to your project — not shared across other client work, and not published or reused without your written permission.
We are glad to sign your own NDA template, or offer ours, before you share sensitive designs. Ask your DVN contact, or request one when you submit an RFQ.
